Hi, I'm Christine.
I’m a certified support and transformation coach, and like so many of us, I’ve been deeply affected by the weight of the world we’re living in right now. The constant uncertainty, the quiet grief, the ache of unspoken losses—it’s a lot. I’ve felt overwhelmed too. And through it all, I’ve learned how vital it is to stay grounded within ourselves, to find even small moments of peace that can help bring us back to center.
My work is dedicated to helping midlife women heal the grief that’s often left unspoken—grief from life transitions, unmet expectations, or simply feeling disconnected from who they used to be. My own experiences with loss and the emptiness of living without a clear sense of purpose showed me that pain doesn’t have to define us.
I broke the cycle of generational patterns, not by chasing happiness, but by creating peace within myself. What I wanted—what I still want—is to feel steady in who I am and hopeful about where I’m going. That’s the kind of transformation I now help others find and always with care.
Years ago, I reached a point where I couldn’t keep pretending everything was fine. I was worn down—by unresolved pain, by the pressure to always hold it together, and by the ache of feeling like I’d lost parts of myself along the way.
Working with a life coach gave me space to pause and start looking inward. It wasn’t easy. Facing years of pain and unmet needs took patience and tenderness. But little by little, I began to understand myself in new ways. I wasn’t failing. I wasn’t too far gone. I was simply a woman who had been carrying too much for too long—and was finally learning how to set some of it down.
In many ways, it brought me back to where I started. I’d earned a degree in Social Work decades earlier, drawn to helping others feel seen and supported. But it wasn’t until I tended to my own healing that I could offer that same kind of care in a meaningful, sustainable way.

Happy Client
"Before meeting Christine, I held reservations about coaches due to past encounters and stories I heard from a close friend. However, after a genuine and meaningful conversation, I decided to work with Christine to help me overcome self-doubt. Through our initial sessions and the insightful homework, I realized I was limiting myself by focusing solely on one opportunity. Christine's attentive listening and thought-provoking approach heightened my awareness of thoughts and how past conditioning shaping my actions. Actions that restrict me from being fulfilled and who I'm truly meant to be. I'm thankful for the foundation she has helped me build. Christine's authenticity, compassion, insightfulness, and the safe space she creates make her the coach you definitely want to work with on your journey to a better you."
